Technology Assistance
For Staff:
To submit a ticket for tech assistance, simply send an email to help@uniongap.org. When you send the email, it will create a ticket that is easy to track for our tech department.
Please be sure to include in your email:
Subject line,
description of your issue or question/request,
room number,
and a good time to stop by.
For Students/Families:
For tech assistance, call 509.823.4977 to submit a help ticket.
Please be prepared to provide the following information upon calling:
Device type (iPad, laptop)
Device asset tag (applicable to District devices only. Below is an
example of what our District asset tags look like)
Description of the issue(s) and what you are doing when it happens
(example: trying to send a chat message, I push the enter button
and nothing happens)Specific error information/error code(s) if applicable
