Technology Assistance

For Staff:

To submit a ticket for tech assistance, simply send an email to help@uniongap.org.  When you send the email, it will create a ticket that is easy to track for our tech department.

Please be sure to include in your email:

  • Subject line,

  • description of your issue or question/request,

  • room number,

  • and a good time to stop by.

For Students/Families:

For tech assistance, call 509.823.4977 to submit a help ticket.

Please be prepared to provide the following information upon calling:

  • Device type (iPad, laptop)

  • Device asset tag (applicable to District devices only. Below is an
    example of what our District asset tags look like)

  • Description of the issue(s) and what you are doing when it happens
    (example: trying to send a chat message, I push the enter button
    and nothing happens)

  • Specific error information/error code(s) if applicable
