Yearbooks are in! Come to the library to pick up your pre-ordered yearbook or purchase one for $8 while supplies last.
2019-2020 Prekindergarten Applications will begin being accepted tomorrow (Friday, May 3rd). We are doing applications this year to get the number of students eligible and parents interested in the program before we determine how/if the program is run. Parents who complete an application will be contacted individually by the end of June. Applications can be completed in the school office. Eligible students must live in district boundaries.
We are moving to a web based newsletter so parents and the community have better access to school news. This link will take you to the May newsletter! It will automatically translate to any language listed at the bottom of the newsletter including Spanish.

Yearbook pre-order starts Monday (22nd). You can order a 2018-2019 Yearbook until May 10th. You can pre-order everyday from 7:45 - 8:15 in the Library. Yearbooks are $8.00 Reserve yours today!

There will be a high school transition meeting for 8th grade parents and students tonight at 6:30 pm in the library. Please attend - especially if you are not familiar with the high school system.

Union Gap School is now registering for Kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year. A child must be 5 years of age on or before August 31st to be eligible for Kindergarten. Please register as soon as possible to be eligible for Kinder Camp this summer.

Snow Day Closure Make-up Information
Due to our snow day closures this year, we have had to make some changes to our district calendar. The new dates for important activities are as follows:
Last Day of School: Friday, June 7th – 12:00 pm release time
Kindergarten Graduation: Thursday, June 6th – 9:30 am
8th Grade Promotion: Thursday, June 6th - 6:00 pm
There will be baseball practice today from 1 - 3 pm.
Sports Schedule for Conference Week:
Wednesday - Baseball and Soccer 1 pm- 3 pm
Friday - Soccer Only - 1 pm - 3 pm
12:50 pm Release for Conference Week - reminder that school ends at 12:50 pm all week. Contact your student's teacher on Monday if you haven't scheduled your conference yet.
Online parent/teacher conferences link will close at 3 pm on Thursday. Make sure you sign up before then or contact your student's teacher or the school office.
